AI Training Programmes
AI Training Programmes. Training built from the work your people do.
Generic AI courses teach features. Our programmes teach your people how to use AI for the specific work they already do, because the content is built from the interviews in which they described that work.

The problem
Why generic AI training does not stick
Most AI training is a one-off session on prompts and tools. People leave impressed, return to their inbox and carry on as before, because nobody showed them how AI fits the invoice, the report or the handover they will face tomorrow morning.
The research on AI and productivity is consistent: gains are largest when people use AI on tasks it handles well, and smaller or negative when they use it on tasks it does not. Training has to teach that judgement for each role, not just the buttons.
What we deliver
How it works
in practice.
Role-based sessions
Short, practical sessions for each team, using their own documents, systems and examples drawn from the interviews.
Weekly personalised briefings
A two-minute note each week for every role: what changed, what to try next and why it matters for their work.
Responsible AI use
Clear, role-specific rules on what to use AI for, what to check and what data must stay out of public tools, aligned with your policies.
Adoption tracking
Weekly usage and feedback by team, so leaders can see where AI is landing and where a team needs more support.
How an engagement runs

Build from the interviews
We design each role's curriculum from the tasks, tools and pain points employees described.

Run the sessions
In-person or online sessions in Arabic or English, grouped by role and seniority.
- 3
Reinforce weekly
Personalised briefings keep AI use growing after the sessions end.
- 4
Track and adapt
Adoption data shows which teams need follow-up and which use cases to expand.
