Thirty Days ("we", "us") is based in Sharjah Media City, UAE. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of our engagements, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Details you submit through our contact form: name, work email, company, company size and your message.
• Basic technical data needed to operate the website, such as server logs.
• For client engagements, interview responses collected under a separate agreement with your employer.

How we use it

We use contact details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

AI interviews

Interview responses are encrypted and anonymised in everything we deliver to clients. They are processed under a written agreement and a signed NDA, and stored in the region agreed with each client.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email delivery provider, under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and engagement data as set out in each client agreement.

Your rights
